Plugin Banner Not Showing

This is the only place I could find to post this. This is not my WP install but rather the plugin repository. I have added the banner-772×250.jpg to the /assets folder in my plugin repository and it’s just not showing the banner. I have tried .jpg and .png and neither will work. The file is there but the plugin won’t show the banner.

The image size is correct. It’s 772×250 and the file name is correct. It’s also uploaded to the right folder.
