[Plugin: Batch categories import] not all subcategories importing

hi

I imported a couple of categories with subcats sucessfully but then the next 2 uploads had errors. Below is the message:

#5 Could not create category.

#7 Could not create category.
#8 Created: Architectural Antiques

#12 Created: Architectural Ironmongers
