[Plugin: bbPress Like Button] Macedonian (mk-MK) language

Hello,

I’m Naum Spaseski from Macedonia. I want to submit Macedonian language file for your plugin, so here it is.

Btw, I tested the plugin and concluded that when I click on the like button, it does something, but after refresh it reverts back. Also, it is not registered in the logs. I tried this from two computers (Windows 7), with Firefox, Chrome and Opera, all newest versions.
