You can have W3TC minify your HTML and have BWP Minify minify your JS and CSS files. I’ve tested them and they worked well together.

Great, my issue with W3TC is the .js and .css is very labor intensive, it looks like BMW is pretty much set it and forget it,

    Am I missing anything?

Will BMW move the .js and .css to my CDN or would I then have to list them in W3TC?

    BMW? Haha…

Anyway, if you use CDN, just forget about minification. Or, in my opinion, you should copy the minified content to your CDN rather than using Minify to minify your contents dynamically. Your visitors will benefit more from static contents, you know.

Right, I’d like to copy the minified content to CDN, but doing it via W3TC is a total pain, I was hoping BMW could help with automating

Yeah my plugin wasn’t designed for that, but I will look into it in future versions :).
