[Plugin: Better WP Security] step by step guide to uninstalling this plugin

Is there a step by step guide to removing this plugin safely. It was working well and I implemented each part step by step checking that it worked. All seemed good and I had it all working. Within 24 hours though it prevented access to my site and my login – server kept hanging on trying to access site.
I have my website working but now can’t access the plugin to disable selections. Is there a step by step guide to remove this plugin and BB elements – this would be good to flag at top of this support forum and also have as blog post i.e. easy to find
