  • Some features will however any that rely on .htaccess or nginx rewrite rules will not.

If the rewrite rules would be generated and shown in text form IIS users could import them in IIS Rewrite Module.

If you would like to test it I can create a dev version that would display the apache rewrite rules for you to use. As I don’t have any MS boxes to test it on myself however I won’t be putting in support until I know it works.

Hi, I would like to test that out if that could tweak or secure my wordpress blog ??

Darth, please email me at info [at] bit51 [dot] com and we’ll work out getting you the dev code as well as a way to help get me feedback so it doesn’t break anything.

    Hi

I am about to use this plugin too on a Windows and IIS7 system. I’m not sure if, since this question was asked, the latest version now supports use of the plugin with IIS or not?

I too would appreciate any guidance on using it with that web server system before I install it.

    Thanks

Im having the same issues with IIS and in the process of writing a plugin to convert rules and add in to web.config. Please help.

Hi! I’m working for an NGO previously hosted in an IIS 7.5 box, they also want to build later a second site for their office in another city, however those are plans at least for 2 months in the future, so I’d have a chance to test things in the meanwhile, and later test the plugin for both sites, preferably a multisite network.

So, I’d be glad to help us, it’s my first time working with an IIS box, but this is a very loved NGO and I’d hate to not having them secured with this plugin that has given us very good results for other of our clients with Linux servers.
