[Plugin: Bit.ly Shortlinks] installing yoost plugin in Atahualpa

Hi! I would very much like to try this plugin but I am not a coder nor do I understand where to put the code in Atahualpa. It does not have a file called wp-config.php so I don’t know which file to put the code bit in.
