Plugin blocking users?

Ever since I tried the latest version of this plugin, I’m having issues with certain users not being able to access the site. I disabled the plugin, and it’s still happening. I checked my htaccess file and it doesnt seem to have anything in it that would be blocking users access. Is there anything else I can do to troubleshoot this? Its not happening to all users, just random ones, and I can’t see any kind of pattern. Thanks
