• Hello there,

I have an issue where I get the “Sorry You Are Not Allowed to Access This Page” error when accessing /wp-admin/site-editor.php (the Appearance -> Editor menu) as an admin user.

I have narrowed it down to the Gutenslider plugin in a Multisite install (1 website). I simply disable the plugin in the Multisite network admin area and I get access again. I have toggled it on/off multiple times now to verify this.

Updating from WordPress 6.3.1 to 6.4.1 did not change anything. I’m on Gutenslider v6.1.0 (I had automatic updates on…)

    My debug.log includes some:

[29-Nov-2023 18:10:14 UTC] PHP Warning: Use of undefined constant SECURE_AUTH_COOKIE - assumed 'SECURE_AUTH_COOKIE' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/[...]/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 929

    and some

[29-Nov-2023 18:10:16 UTC] PHP Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in /home/[...]/wp-content/plugins/gutenslider/freemius/includes/class-freemius.php on line 6129

I need some help with this if possible.

    Thank you!

Edit: I only use 1 other plugin (Complianz GDPR cookie consent) and a default theme (TT3)
