Plugin bombs site on re-enable

I have just transferred the site to the live installation. The Header-Footer Elementor plugin was used to implement the header, but now I can’t even enable it without bombing to a 500 error on the site. So I no longer have access to the header without bombing the site. I have disabled the plugin for now. All plugins and themes are up to date.

Are you experiencing this with some other sites? Is it an update with Elementor that is causing the problem?
