[Plugin: Booking Calendar & Appointment Scheduler] Appointy plugin not working correctly, not al

My Appointy calendar plugin is not working correctly in my wordpress site. When I click on an event to book it as a new customer, it will not go past the pop up screen that asks for your information. WHen you try to push the book and register button, nothing happens. It works fine though for existing customers. Any suggestions how to fix this?
