[Plugin: Booking Calendar] Button not showing in Editor

  • We disabled all plugins yet the icon to embed the calendar is not shown.
    We are using Eleganza theme.
    All other plugins work perfectly.
    The legend is displayed when we enter the form with php into the template, also the form is shown, yet calendar simply is not there – Firebug shows an empty <p></p> where it should be loacated in the frontend.
