[Plugin: Booking Calendar] Premium version not loading calendar and form

I have the Premium version and all I see is a message that flashes and then disappears, it says:

Booking calendar for this resource are already at that page

In the header of the template I am calling jquery: https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.4.3/jquery.min.js

I checked the forums and your FAQ page but haven’t seen any posts with this message.

Can you tell me what is wrong with the installation, or if there is something I need to do to fix this?
