[Plugin: BP GTM System] Changing Language

Hi folks,
I’ve noticed there are language files in the folder /langs/
Can you please tell me how to change the language just for the BP GTM plug-in (rather than the whole of WordPress). For example, if I wanted to use the French language file:
bp_gtm-fr_FR.mo
bp_gtm-fr_FR.poWhere and how do I change this?
