[Plugin: BP Template Pack] Nothing happens when I activate bp-template-pack

Nothing happens when I either network activate or activate BP Template Pack. I am running WordPress 3.0.4 with Multi-Site turned on. The “Appearance > BP Compatibility” item does not appear in the Appearance area of the dashboard. Any help or advice you can give will be greatly appreciated.
