• Hello,

I use a static page for my posts, called ‘Blog’, and another for my home page. I have called my home page ‘Home’.

When viewving the posts page, the breadcrumb shows:

    Home > Home

    Whereas it should show

    Home > Blog

    Any fix to this please?

    Best regards

For a static front page environment, the title of the Posts Page (as specified in Settings > Reading) will be used for the “blog” breadcrumb. The “home” breadcrumb is specified in the Home Breadcrumb/Home Title setting (in Settings > Breadcrumb NavXT). Make sure these are set properly.

I use your plugin on a french install of WP. The problem comes from the french translation file:

    #: D:\3w3t.com\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\breadcrumb-navxt/breadcrumb_navxt_class.php:154
    msgid “Blog”
    msgstr “Accueil”

So whenever I have a blog static page called Blog it get translated to Accueil (which means Home)

It is not the correct translation, see: https://translate.google.com/#en|fr|blog

Ok, that explains it. The French translation is very out of date. I have not been able to reach the translator for over a year now. I’m looking for someone to volunteer to maintain the French translation, other wise in the next release or two it will be removed.
