    Hello, I’m opening a new issue here since the last one about the same topic was marked as resolved already. The plugin works but breaks the home page of the website on Chrome browser only, both on computer and mobile. Animations stop to work, there is code displayed on the frontend and the add to cart plugin doesn’t work anymore. I currently activated the test mode so that you can investigate further, thanks in advance

    We have completed our investigation of your website and found that there is likely a conflict between our Plugin and the Litespeed Cache that you are using on your site.

    To ensure both can work together we recommend that you install the Litespeed Cache plugin from www.ads-software.com: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/litespeed-cache/. Once the plugin is installed, please locate the plugin’s menu in WP Admin and ensure that it is configured as follows:

    1. In the Cache -> Purge tab, ‘Purge All On Upgrade‘ should be ON.
    2. All options from the ‘Image Optimization’ and ‘Page Optimization’ tabs should be turned OFF.

    I tried to deactivate those and even completely deactivated the Litespeed plugin, but still I see the same issue

    Please, kindly make sure LiteSpeed plugin is active, as it is essential for clearing your hosting cache.

    Please, kindly confirm that the mentioned options are disabled and we will check the issue further.

    Yeah It was active of course and I followed all the instructions. I uninstalled the plugin in the end since it was breaking the site on too many levels. I appreciate the help anyway.

We are extremely sorry to hear about you issue and would be very glad to assist you, however to proceed we will need Booster to be enabled on your website and the website connected to 10Web Dashboard – it can be done in?Test Mode. When the Test Mode is enabled, your live website will return to its original state, deactivating any optimization done by the booster and reversing any issues caused by the 10Web Booster.

    To enable the test mode:

    1. Log in to your 10Web account
    2. Click on the website where you want to enable the test mode
    3. To the left of the dashboard under?Website Booster?click on?Frontend > Settings tab
    4. In the?Test Mode?section, click the toggle
    5. Click on?Enable?to activate

    Once done, please kindly let us know so our team could troubleshoot your problem ASAP.
