Plugin breaking site on Edge browser

Hi – this plugin causes the Contact page: https://dnaconnexions.com/contact/

and Shop page: https://dnaconnexions.com/shop/

to break when opened in a Microsoft Edge browser. Works fine on Firefox and Chrome.

Any thoughts?
