Using the Facebook for Woocommerce plugin is causing problems in Woocommerce admin page. When I activate the plugin, I can no longer edit a product (all my products are variable products).

I have deactivated several plugins and reactivated them all one by one. The Facebook for Woocommerce plugin is the only one having the effect described above. I’ve cleared my cached data on my site, as well as my browser. When I deactivate the Facebook plugin, everything works as expected.

Just to clarify, all plugins were deactivated and the issue continues to happen? Does this also happen on Posts and Pages, or just Products? Can you please head to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and look for any recent log entries that start with fatal_error? If there are any, would you please send along the contents of the log file?

The problem only appears when the facebook plugin is active. Obviously I disabled it in order to manage the site properly!

As I said before, I have deactivated several plugins and reactivated them all one by one. The Facebook for Woocommerce plugin is the only one having the effect described above. I’ve cleared my cached data on my site, as well as my browser. When I deactivate the Facebook plugin, everything works as expected.

The problem only happens when editing products. There is no fatal error in WooCommerce status.

Hey @napslife,

We sometimes see this happen when there are memory issues. While your WordPress site is set up to use up to 256MB of memory, perhaps your hosting environment limits you to 128MB.

Your best bet here is to contact your hosting provider and let them know that you’d need 256MB of memory dedicated to that instance.

My memory limit is 512M and im still getting this same issue. Had to rollback to version 2.0.5

Thanks for reaching out about the plugin. I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue as well. Although you are seeing the same error message and having a similar experience with connecting to Facebook, it may or may not be the same issue, I’m afraid.
