Plugin Breaks Customizer

Plugin breaks customizer. Only widgets option shows up, all other options don’t. Reverts to normal Customizer when I deactivate plugin. Using a Jupiter X theme and latest wordpress version. I’ve seen others report this issue, but didn’t see a solution offered.
