  • Hi claudiasey,

Sorry to hear about the issues. There’s not enough information in what you reported to figure out the issue.

What version of EDD are you using?
How is the price set in the product admin? (A screenshot would be helpful)

    Thanks.

    Hi Claudia,

    Thank you for the screenshot.

Could you maybe also post what you’ve setup in the admin of the product? I’ve just tried to replicate this by creating a 6000$ product but couldn’t find any issues.

Additionally, I notice that on the screenshot it says there are two product in the cart, but it looks like its only one in there?
Lastly, please also include the system info report, hopefully I’ll be able to spot something in there.

    Thanks!

    Hello guys.

I encountered the same problem but was able to solve it.

May be it is because the plugin code assumes that the comma “,” and the dot “.” are the same.

I solved the problem by just typing the digits of the sales price without comma or dot. For example for an item that costs 6000USD, type in 6000 instead if 6,000.00.

    Hi,

Glad to hear you’ve found that out ??

I already had some suspicion it would be related to commas / dots etc, but never got to confirm that.

I’ve noted it to see if its possible to improve that system with the next update ??

Thank you for your help shankorella!
