    Hi,

The plugin seems to be breaking MP4 video file upload functionality. I tested on various environments, but the result is always the same. Deactivating the plugin resumes normal behaviour.

    The error is:
Unexpected response from the server. The file may have been uploaded successfully. Check in the Media Library or reload the page.

The file actually does get uploaded to the server, but is not visible in media library even after reloading the page.

Are you able to replicate this issue on your end?

    Best,

    Hi dg,

No, sorry, we are not able to replicate the issue on our end. From our side, everything works well. To help you troubleshoot the issue, it would be good if you could…

    • check if the issue happens with all MP4 videos,
    • check if the issue happens with a test site on https://tastewp.com/ (for example),
    • check if the issue happens on all internet connections,
    • check if the issue happens on all devices,
    • check if the issue happens on all browsers,
    • and check if the issue happens with all plugins deactivated (except ours, of course).

That should point you to where you should look at.

    Have a nice Sunday!
