Plugin breaks my store

  • I installed this plugin and found that when I click on the link ‘add gallery images’ from a product page, I was unable to view my media gallery. I could access it from other links, just not from that one.

    Also, with this plugin installed, I could not add items to my cart.

    I have deactivated this faulty plugin, and now everything works fine.

    Hi @aumjosh .

    It sounds like a javascript conflict. PWB is working like a charm in 10,000+ stores around the world, maybe one of your other plugins or your theme is creating this incompatibility.

    Anyway remember that you can use the support forum for asking any trobleshoting related to PWB.

    Maybe you can give PWB another chance!
