Plugin breaks non-English password prompt

    I’m trying WP 3.9.1 – Russian locale (WPLANG = ru_RU) with default theme on local WAMP install (Vista/XAMPP).

    When password is disabled I see password prompt for the protected post in normal Cyrillic characters. But when I enable the plugin I see Unicode garbage (Latin chars that should be decoded into Cyrillics).
