    After installing your plugin everything was working fine then the store owner made an edit to the stock for this product now the site isn’t showing up correctly?

    To fix it I had to delete the variations for this product and then add them back in.

    That is what I am saying I do not want to control the products at the product level, I want them to bew managed at the variable level.

    There is still something wrong this is what I see now it only shows a few products and will not allow me to edit any of them:

    This was the error I saw to start this, this was only after I was told people couldn’t order the product

    Hi there,

    First image – click the blue icon box. It will expand and show you variations.

    The second image – there is not a problem – the variable product has a 0 stock, but variations could have stock in. As I said, please, control it from stock central by clicking the blue box on the variable product.

    When I click the blue box nothing is happening. All the rest of the products have 0 also but they do not change to out of stock, if they say out of stock it will not allow people to buy the mix and match 1st product.

    However there is only showing 5 products in ATUM and I cant get to any others and if I click the blue NOTHING happens

    yes, I can see there seems to be an issue as the filter shows all the products should be visible but only the 5 are.

    It seems a php error, would you send the php log file to our email, please?

    Our senior developer will have a look at it for you.

    quick update…

    I have logged in to your site using Chrome and opened the console. Our senior designer has classified the error there as a typical when an Ajax request is interrupted by any error on the server-side (PHP).

    So the php log file is necessary for us to try and fix it for you. I am sure we will figure this out.

    Hi guys, just to give a heads-up to all interested, we have discovered the issue in a 3rd party plugin.

    rgarrison has now contacted the plugin author to try and fix the bug.

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
