I meant to mention as well that I try to uncheck ‘Enable WooCommerce Upload My File CSS’, however it remains checked after I apply the setting.

    Hi,

We’ve added a custom “My Account template page” to add upload information to the customer order overview page.

This custom template is tested on a lot of themes, but could cause the error.

You could try to solve this issue by:
    1. Go to plugins/woocommerce/templates/myaccount/
    2. Copy my-orders.php to your theme directory inside the following directory: wp-content/themes/your-theme/woocommerce/myaccount/my-orders.php

I hope this will solve it, if not, please contact us at wordpress [at] geev [dot] nl and send us login credentials for your site.

Because of the summer vacation we’re not able to respond before July 29th.

    Best regards,
    Bart

Awesome! worked perfectly. I really want to use this to upload images after the order so I’m glad it worked!
