• I have an interesting situation on one of my sites. I use the same set of plugins and themes as I do for another one of my sites. The only difference is that I have this particular site setup as a multisite installation (this being the parent site). When this plugin is enabled, the “Additional information” and “Reviews” tabs on product pages (using WooCommerce) disappear. I have tried disabling other plugins to ensure it is this plugin and this plugin alone that causes this issue on my site. Again, the issue does not exist on any of my other websites I use this plugin on, but none of the other sites are setup as a multisite either, so I feel this may be the cause. Any chance you could look into what may be causing this problem? Thank you in advance and for the awesome plugin!

  • Hi machineitsvcs,

How is the plugin installed in your site?

i.e. Is it installed on a Network Admin level or is it installed on the sites themselves?

If it’s on a network admin level, then we would suggest trying to install it one of the child sites to test to see if the issue still occurs.

It is installed at the network admin level and activated at site level.

    Hi machineitsvcs,

As a test, could you try removing it from the Network admin level and installing it on one of the child sites instead?

You cannot install at a child level. You can only install at a network level for multisites and activate either network-wide or per child site, which is what I mentioned already doing. This issue doesn’t exist on a standard WordPress non-multisite

    Hi Machinel,

Unfortunately, in that case, we’ll have to set this up and do some more testing on our end to try and recreate the issue. On the surface, and looking at the code, I see no indication as to why there would be missing tabs on a WooCommerce product page and only on a multisite install. Hopefully we can pinpoint that and release an update. I’m sorry, but I don’t have another solution for you at the moment (besides running this site not as a multisite install, which doesn’t necessarily sound practical in this case).

That’s understandable. I expected there to be some required debugging. In the meantime I’ve simply disabled the plugin on my multisite subsites.
