I have a simple WP site using The SaaS X theme. I installed this plugin and the public page is still served but I can’t access the admin panel. Instead I get:

This page isn’t working [name of site] redirected you too many times.
    Try clearing your cookies.
    ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I cleared cookies and it didn’t help. I deleted the plug-in directory via SFTP and that didn’t help. Every time I log in, I’m re-directed to the above error page at

    https://[name of site].com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wfcm-file-changes

What else do I need to do to uninstall this completely? Other files I need to edit manually or delete?

I am sorry to hear you are having such a problem with the plugin @privacytollfree

The only other plugin data there might be is in the wp_options table in the WordPress database . Search for all the options with the wfcm- prefix in the wp_options table.

The plugin deletes such data upon uninstall but since you had this issue and there was no uninstall that data will remain there.

Please let us know if this works for you or if you need further assistance.

Glad the issue is sorted. Do you know what the source of the problem was?

I don’t. It may have been an incompatibility with another plugin or my theme.
