• We noticed after installing the Plugin: ThumbPress – Stop Generating Unnecessary Thumbnails that we could no longer create any new image ads in the Advanced Ads plugin. When I deactivated ThumpPress, Advanced Ads started working again.

  • Hi there,

    I am Henning from the Advanced Ads support team. I just read your message and tried to reproduce the behavior while both plugins are installed on my test page. Unfortunately, I was unable to reproduce the behavior and the image ad creation was still possible while ThumbPress was active.

    My Report from ThumbPress > Tools > Report looks like this:

    {
        "PHP Version": "7.4.33",
        "WordPress Version": "6.3.1",
        "Memory Limit": "256M",
        "Server": "Apache",
        "Debug Mode": "Enabled",
        "Active Plugins": [
            "advanced-ads/advanced-ads.php",
            "image-sizes/image-sizes.php"
        ]
    }

    @jgrubbs Can you please have a look at your browsers’ console while trying to create a new image ad and post a possible error message here for a better understanding of the issue?

    Best regards,
    Henning
