  • I’m having this probelm too ??

    Now solved.

Problem was due to a conflict with https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/page-comments-off-please/. When I deactivated “Page Comments Off Please”, the error with “The Events Calendar” went away. ??

I encountered the same problem and after disabling plug-ins one by one, it turned out to that disabling “Title Capitalization For WordPress” solved the problem.

It is worth noting, this bug does not appear to be an issue solely with The Events Calendar, at least in my experience. I had “submit for review” everywhere – new events for TEC, new posts, new pages, and anywhere else there was a “publish” button w/in WordPress admin.

    Good luck!

Good point, I never thought to check others, I only noticed it on The Events Calendar.

    Thanks ??

Thank you for posting your progress with this issue, folks!

At this time, this indeed appears to be a matter of plugin conflicts –?but if we can recreate the bug without plugin conflicts, we’ll include a fix for it in an upcoming release.

Just wanted to acknowledge these issues here ??

    Cheers!

I found the same to be my issue with the plugin Page Comments Off Please. However, I discovered this while troubleshooting a different website that was having similar issues but with Woocommerce. Tried turning the plugin off on both sites and issues were resolved in each case.

    Thank you.

    no problem. ??

I’m now using https://en-gb.www.ads-software.com/plugins/disable-comments/ and no problems. ??
