Sorry to hear about that! Do you happen to recall the version you updated from? The last updated related to Facebook Pages was included in version 4.16.0.2, which was released on July 18th. Would you have been on a version older than that when you updated to 5.0?
To help resolve the issue we were wondering if you could try a few things:
- Try disconnecting and then reconnecting your Facebook Pages account at Automator > App integrations > Facebook Pages.
- If that doesn’t work, check the action log at Automator > Logs > Action log to see if there are any error messages listed there related to Facebook Pages.
- If you’re not seeing any entries there, it’s possible the trigger is failing, not the action. Can you confirm whether the recipe is being triggered at all since the last update?
