• I use this plugin on 2 sites : https://www.airbornekitesurfing.com.au and https://www.kitebud.com.au

Since updating to Woocommerce 4.3.1 on July 22, 2020 my checkout page stopped working (can’t enter coupon codes, logos not displaying, no numbers can be entered in the credit card fields, payment methods don’t update, etc.)

I spent a day of work trying to figure out the issue until I disabled Mailchimp for Woocommerce and everything was working again.

Can you please explain what’s wrong ? I use the plugin to display my mailchimp pop ups and that has stopped working as well!

@kitebud this might have something to do with the Mailchimp’s connected site script which has recently been updated to resolve some of the issues that you’ve described.

If you could please delete the plugin -> then reinstall and reactivate and resync the plugin, this will also repopulate your scripts and the bugs should be resolved.

Please keep us posted if this resolves the issues you’re describing!

Thanks for the reply. I have lost faith in this plugin after having those problems and losing sales because of it. I also read the hundreds of negative reviews and not sure I want to risk losing more sales because of a faulty plugin.

@kitebud to be clear this error you described was most likely related to the connected site script which was just updated recently on the Mailchimp side.

The plugin simply loads the connected site script ( which I totally get was causing you trouble ) but it should be safe for you to do at this point. We’re here to help so just let us know if you would like to proceed.

Sorry you had a bad first experience, but if you would allow us to help we’re positive that you’ll be taken care of. If you have a staging environment – we can also test there too to be 100% sure it’s working before launching to production.
