You can see for yourself when you visit the site https://pattyjansen.com/store/. I installed this plugin and when I try visiting the site or the dashboard, I get an error message.

What can I do to fix this?

I use Woocommerce with the Storefront theme in a subdirectory on my website. No other plugins active.

I just spent days and days setting up the store. I’m utterly unimpressed.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

OK I fixed it by going into the server and deleting the plugin directory. At least my site now works again, even if the plugin does not. I’m in contact with Mailerlite about this. I hope they will find a problem consistent enough to fix it.

    Hey @pattyjansen,

thanks for reporting. We already released an update which fixes the site crash issue.

Anyway in order to use the plugin, it’s necessary that your web hosting runs PHP v5.6 or newer. If you can’t upgrade server configuration on your own, you might have to get in touch with your provider and ask them to increase your PHP version.
