Plugin broke my site

  • Setting up new website. First website. Doing so on my locally using WAMP. Using Studiopress/Genesis/Altitude. Had 18 plugins active. Activating this plugin, the 19th, broke the website: everypage started taking over 5 minutes to load. Disabled plugin and all good.

    I am sorry to hear you are having problems with our plugin and would have really appreciated it if you would have posted a support query prior to rating the plugin.

    I noticed that you used the hashtag Genesis; I can confirm that our plugin is compatible with Genesis and thousands of other themes plugins. We have 30,000 active installations so I am sure that if you’d allow us to look into your setup, we can find the source of the problem and fix it. Can you please send us an email on [email protected]?
