Plugin broke my site (shortcodes problem and more)

Hello , after installing the plugin , my site is broken completely. All shortcodes are no longer displayed correctly in the html code and the output is different from what is written in the database. Quotes anywhere, with any configuration of the plugin.
Even after deleting “physically” the plugin from my ftp space , the problem continues to persist.
I did a restore of the database , performing a fresh installation of wordpress and the theme but nothing .I read in a previous post that this problem has been fixed in premium version of the plugin.

below , where we present the clinical cases (in the Tabs section , and in the FAQ as accordion ) .My question is : buying the premium version , the site will function as before, retroactively ? And ‘ possible to make a test with a temporary premium version ?
