Plugin broke website layout

    This is not a support question, just info because I wanted to let you know of an issue with the plugin without leaving a negative review.

    I was looking for a replacement for the Testimonial plugin that is built into TheGem theme (unfortunately there’s no way to uninstall the built-in). One of my clients had Strong Testimonials on his website so I thought I’d try it. After installing Strong Testimonials, my website went from full width to boxed and would not completely load. I tried changing settings within the theme, but only by deactivating Strong Testimonials would it go back to normal. Just wanted to let you know.

    Thank you for reaching out and for letting us know about this – we appreciate the feedback!
    From what I can tell, this seems to be an incompatibility between something on your site and ST.
    Is it possible to let me know what plugins do you have installed on your site? We will try to replicate this same issue on our end and see where it’s coming from.
