[Plugin: Broken Link Checker] Not Able To Edit Urls

I have the latest plugin version (1.5.5) of Broken Link Checker and I find I can’t edit the url’s because it just has the spinning circle when I click save but nothing ends up happening.
Anyone else experienced this?
