    Hi there,

    Since updating the plugin yesterday and upgrading to WordPress 6.6, it’s stopped working for me.

    Anyone else seeing this?

    The error message just reads “Nothing to display.”

    Hi! You should absolutely share much more details about the issues you are having. You also probably don’t have the same issues, and it really could be anything.

    Why did this get marked as resolved when the issue still persists?

    I’m no dev, so I’m unsure what else to share beyond the above.

    Also repros for another site of mine.

    In other words, I think you should leave this open, as more reports will follow.

    Hi @snoop23,

    Because it would be open forever, since there will be always a case where WordPress and/or the plugin will be broken based on an infinity of possibilities. A support thread should absolutely about a specific case, with specific errors. Don’t worry, I (and others) will always check this thread if more information comes in; but to be honest, if someone finds a specific issue, it will be probably be added in a new thread, with that specific error (which might not be related to your issue at all).

    In other words, please absolutely try to find more, otherwise it’s really impossible to help. Disable all plugins (only try with AI Engine), check your JS console, check your PHP Error Logs, etc. If you don’t know how to do this, you’ll have to wait for more user to encounter issues, but they will likely not participate here as it’s too generic. Also, there are many ways to use the plugin, so “plugin broken” doesn’t mean much. Is it part of the plugin, the chatbot, the generator, the settings, etc, etc.

    Will reopen the ticket in case I find the culprit.

    Update: Have just disabled all the plugins and flushed cache but that didn’t help.

    Nobody mentioned it here, but if the error was about the Title or Excerpt buttons/links, indeed, it was not working. Next time you encounter issues, please tell a bit more about it; AI Engine does hundreds of things ??

    Hi @nicorel,

    That doesn’t sound like an error though ?? I mean, an error from OpenAI, yes, and seems like your Organization ID is not the right one. You can simply delete it, as in fact it’s not necessary, and try again to see if it works.
