Because it would be open forever, since there will be always a case where WordPress and/or the plugin will be broken based on an infinity of possibilities. A support thread should absolutely about a specific case, with specific errors. Don’t worry, I (and others) will always check this thread if more information comes in; but to be honest, if someone finds a specific issue, it will be probably be added in a new thread, with that specific error (which might not be related to your issue at all).
In other words, please absolutely try to find more, otherwise it’s really impossible to help. Disable all plugins (only try with AI Engine), check your JS console, check your PHP Error Logs, etc. If you don’t know how to do this, you’ll have to wait for more user to encounter issues, but they will likely not participate here as it’s too generic. Also, there are many ways to use the plugin, so “plugin broken” doesn’t mean much. Is it part of the plugin, the chatbot, the generator, the settings, etc, etc.
