[Plugin: BuddyPress Activity Plus] Photos Fail to Upload

The uploading photos capability does not work for this plugin however everything else seems to be fine. Whenever you try to upload an image, no matter the size, it says it failed. I have scoured through forums to try and find the answer but I havent made any progress. The /bpfb permissions have been set appropriately. Here is the link to my website.
