[Plugin: Buddypress-Ajax-Chat] Shotbox will not stay closed or stay minimised

  • Hi,
    i have a client who has been using ajax chat in a small community and it is loved by all the visitors. Recently she updated all of the plugins without supervision and didnt backup!! Once I have restored the site the chat shout box no longer closes or minimises within the site.

    I am looking through the error console in FF and cannot make sense of this, I am hoping someone can help me get this sorted asap.

  • It’s most likely due to the first error you see in the console. Once there’s a Javascript error it ruins it for the rest of the subsequent plugins. Fix the first error and go from there.
