[Plugin: BuddyPress Automatic Friends] Help I have it setup correctly??

Hi I have this plugin setup correctly but it doesn’t appear to be working when new members are added they aren’t automatically friends with the user I set up in the plugin??

So it appears broken? Would it be a conflict with another plugin or theme?
