[Plugin: BuddyPress Gifts Rebirth] So happy to have found this

  • I was using the Gifts plugin when I first developed my website and loved it, but of course had issues. thank you so much for creating this update/new version. I do have one issue though…I have not updated to buddypress 1.5 due to conflicts with my theme and some plugins I need. I tried this plugin anyway and although it has loaded and is there the gifts are blank. Any thoughts?

  • If you don’t make an update to 1.5 you can use the old one. Until 1.2.8, only minor changes were necessary.. ??

    I recall some bugs with it that I’m wishing I could remember specifically.

    I don’t know exactly if this is the version which works with 1.2.8. You can try it if you want. ?? If it doesn’t work, feel free to contact again.

    Sorry for late reply, but I am very busy working on next version (2.0) of this plugin.
    What do you mean by a blank gifts? is database ( wp_bp_gifts ) empty? or img tag has wrong src attribute?

    The actually gift images are not showing. For example when i go to the admin Gifts setup it shows gift item editor then no gifts are pictured.

    Hi, I’m having the same problem as kissandim. The plugin appears to be working correctly but I cannot find how to upload the gifts from the members profile and I don’t see a gift window or upload tab that would connect them to the images on the admin panel. Not sure what I’m missing but would love to use this plugin. Please advise. Thanks!
