[Plugin: BuddyPress Real Names] Nothing happening

Hi I’ve installed the plugin and created two new custom BP fields (first name and last name) as your instructions. But nothing seems to be happening… The full name field name is still appearing with the user data, not combined first name + last name.

This plugin is exactly what I’m after, so I hope you can help…
