[Plugin: BuddyPress ScholarPress Courseware] US/EU option is not shown!!!

Firstly Pardon me for so many Exclamatory marks. My friend recently told me they are either used for expressing aggression or excitement. I just got used to end sentences with “!” more. Now the link you sent above returns a 404. Did you have any information that can help me with this issue?

This is not the issue i was referring to. I did a clean install of WP 3.4.1 and BP 1.6. Then installed Courseware 0.96ver and activated it. I went to configuration for Courseware through dashboard and i couldnt find the option to switch between EU/US. I need EU style. But there is no option to select from!

From this link, in the configuration image that is shown i am missing the first option to switch between Default behavior for Courseware.

EU/US was merged into a generic workflow. The screen-shots are just old.
