[Plugin: BuddyPress Sliding Login Panel] slider is not positioned in homepage

hello i have the latest WordPress installed and buddy press slider login is working fine in it!
but i am facing one problem in rest of the pages the content inside bar are inside div.left.right but in main homepage the content inside are moved out of their
div.left.right
i have custom designed WordPress theme.
