[Plugin: BuddyPress Template Pack] BP with Esplanade theme

I trying to adapt BP to my Esplanade theme, or vice versa. I’m just wondering what BP code I need to implement where and which elements of Esplanade I need to preserve, or visa versa.

If someone can give me a noob proof explaination, please do.
