[Plugin: BuddyPress Template Pack] For BuddyPress 1.5

If you try to get your theme BuddyPress 1.5 ready before its release, you’ll have difficulties with the version that’s currently available from the www.ads-software.com plugin repo. This plugin is on github here:

To get my theme working with BP 1.5 and the above version of BP-template-pack, I still needed to edit 13 files the old way instead of the more graceful 3 file header-buddypress.php way. The new way just blanked out any buddypress pages for me =/.
