[Plugin: BuddyPress Template Pack] Installed & made changes, not working

Hi,

I’ve added buddy press to a website I am working on (www.ynpnnyc.org). I have added the Theme Packet compatibility plugin and made all the changes as suggested and I don’t see any changes. Si there something I missed. This is what the buddypress pages look like:

I followed the instructions closely. If you look at the homepage, you’ll see the menu should appear on the right. But with buddypress pages it doesn’t. I’ve read through the forums and haven’t seen or understood anything I could do differently.
