Plugin bug

I use this plugin to create a table of contents on most of my site’s pages.
The plugin is very good, there is only one problem:
In all the pages of the site that I used this plugin, when I see the site page on the computer, it works correctly, but on the mobile phone, whatever I put on the display of the headings, it does not open.
For example, I gave you the address of one page of the site, but I have this problem on all the pages that I use this plugin.
Please test with a mobile phone and you will understand.
