[Plugin: BulletProof Security] Comment Form on Pages Not Showing

I have ticked ‘allow comment’ in certain pages but the comment form does not show on the pages. While searching for an answer through the web, I discovered that it relates with .htaccess file. Hence, I would like to know what is the skip rule to be included in BPS root htaccess file as a solution. Thank you!
